Terms and Conditions

1.
Information on how to enter forms part of the Terms and Conditions of entry. Acceptance of the prize is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Headings in this document are included for ease of reference, and do not affect interpretation in any way.

2. The Promoter is Allegion (New Zealand) Limited a New Zealand legal entity with registered offices at 437 Rosebank Road, Avondale, Auckland 1026 (Promoter).

3. The Promotion commences at 8.00am (NZST) Tuesday 9 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (NZST) Tuesday 16 June 2026 (Promotion Period).


The Prize

The Promoter will provide two winners with the following prize: DJI Lito 1 Fly More Combo (DJI RC-N3), valued at $979 NZD each.

5. Total prize value: approximately $1,958, based on the recommended retail price at the time of the start of Promotion.


Entry into the promotion

6. Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older (Eligible Entrants).

7. To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants must attend the SecTech 2026 Roadshow in New Zealand at one of the following locations: Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, visit the FSH/Schlage (Allegion) stand, and have an Allegion team member scan the Eligible Entrants event badge to enter the official draw, during the Promotion Period (between 9 June 2026 and 16 June 2026). Entry is strictly limited to attendees of these specific SecTech 2026 events.


The Prize Draw

There will be computerized random draws conducted from eligible entrants at 2:00pm (NZST) on 18 June 2026, to choose the two winners. The winners will receive the Prize as stated above. The winners will be notified in writing and by phone within two business days of the draw and, subject to receiving their written consent, their name published on Allegion New Zealand’s LinkedIn social page.

9. If any part of the Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in their discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or that part of the Prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification. The Promoter and retailer Management accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of any Prize.

10. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winners are unable to use the prize as stated. The Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. The Prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a Prize that the winners accept the conditions of use of that Prize.


The Second Chance Draw

The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any winners not claiming the Prize within 14 days from the first draw on 18 June 2026. If Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw, as required, on 3 July 2026. The winner/s, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone within 2 business days of the redraw. Any second chance draw winner/s will have, subject to receiving their written consent, their name published on the Allegion New Zealand’s LinkedIn social page.

12. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

13. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this Promotion. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (Promotion Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this Promotion, or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (Damages) whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential damages, including damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those damages were in the contemplation of the Promotion Parties.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to take any action necessary in its sole discretion at any time, subject to regulatory authority.

15. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and administer the prize. Entrants who accept to scan their event badge, may receive a follow-up communication from the tPromoter. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter.

16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entries and in its sole discretion, disqualify any or all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who: (a) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion; (b) acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions; (c) acts in a disruptive manner; (d) acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (e) engages in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

17. An exclusion of liability does not apply to limit or exclude liability: a. for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the supply of goods or services which are supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business. To remove doubt: third party goods or services, which other than in connection with this Promotion, are in the normal course of business supplied by a third party unrelated to the Promotion Parties, are not supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business.

18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from any Winners accepting a Prize. Independent financial advice should be sought. The promoter is not responsible for any warranties or managing future claims.

19. Any Disputes arising from this Promotion, will be subject to New Zealand Law with the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
